餃子
香港に戻ってくるとオフィスの子たちが餃子をつくってくれます。香港ならではという感じの歓迎です。二人とも男の子なのに餃子の包み方が上手なところも感心してしまいます。いつも思うことは食事とはとても大切なものなんだとおもいます。お腹にいれることだけでなく、心の栄養です。私は友達や家族と、食事をしながらの過ごす時間はとても大切にしています。餃子の写真が無いのが残念。２種類の味で堪能させて頂きました。
When I come back to Hong Kong, the office people welcome me and make dumblings. Dumbling.. it sounds very Hong Kong, isn't it? I am always amazed how good the young boys wrapping dumplings. I always think the food is so essensial for people, the food is not only made you full, but also fill your heart. I tired to take time and have meals together with my friends and families. I don't have any photos of dumblings to show... sorry. I enjoyed two different kinds of dumblings.
