今年、初めて写真集をだします。私の写真は白っぽく、モノトーンの用に色が少ないので色調整に本当に苦労しています。印刷会社の方にはなんどもプルーフをつくって頂き、本当に申し訳なく思うばかりです。素敵な本をおみせできるようがんばります。
I will publish my photography book this year. My photographs are whitish and monotonous, it is so hard to adjust colors. The output company made so many proofs, and I feel so sorry for them. I must be difficult customer.. I will try my best to present a beautiful book!

あけましておめでとうございます
謹んで初春のおよろこびを申し上げます。
本年も昨年同様、よろしくお願いいたします。
皆様のご健康とご多幸をお祈り申し上げます。
平成二十ニ年
城林希里香
すっ かりやめてしまっていた年賀状、最近はクリスマスカードや年賀状をだすようになりました。賛否両論とは思いますが、私は年賀状が好きです。時間が経つのは とても早く、気がつくと１年も話していない人がいたりもします。だけど年賀状やクリスマスカードをだしたり頂いたりすることによって、お互いの近況をアッ プデートしたり、改めてお礼が言えたりととてもよい風習だとおもいます。そして、emailなど便利なものがあるので私は両方活用しています。
今思い起こすと私のずぼらな性格のために連絡をとれなくなってしまった友達も沢山います。日々の生活に追われ、余裕のない生活を送っていたとはいえ、とても残念です。そしてemailがもっと発達していたらもっと良かったのになとおもいます。
ともあれ、来年も皆様に新年のご挨拶したいと思います。E-cardのデザインや年賀状のデザインを考えるのもまた楽しみです。これからできる限りつづけていきたいと思います。

I started sending New Year cards to friends, which I haven't done ages. I really enjoy this custom now. I can hear news from friends who hadn't kept touch for while. Also it encourages me too.
Somehow I stop sending New Year's Card gradually. I excused myself, since I was busy going to finish my education in US, traveling, and moving to different places. However, I should have kept this tradition. I lost many friends' contacts. Nowadays, most people have emails, it became much much either than before. Since now, I should continue sending New Year cards to have a chance to show my appreciations. It is fun to think about designs of New Year Card.
